Welcome to the home page of Furlong Rangers Football Club.               

The football club was formed in May 2007.  Furlong Rangers achieved the FA Charter Standard in November 2007

Season 2009-10

In this our thrid season we are looking to run 6 teams.  The Under 18's will play in the  Bolton Boys and Girls Federation.  Home matches will be played at Furlong Close, Bamfurlong.

All other youth teams will play in the Wigan and District Youth Football League .  Home matches for Under 13's will be at Furlong Close, the other teams will play at Bryn Gates Lane.

Directions to our Ground

Furlong Close can be found along the A58 between Ashton in Makerfield and Platt Bridge.  If you are travelling from Platt Bridge you will find us on the left hand side behind the terraced houses just before you reach Abram Bryn Gates Primary School.  If you travelling from Ashton in Makerfield we are situated behind the houses on the right just after Abram Bryn Gates School.

Bryn Gates Lane playing field is behind the terraced houses opposite the Bryn Hall pub on the A58 in Bamfurlong.
